ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT-3"kT IS KNOWN AS THE
Al2BERTSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
AND AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION OF ALL THE TERRITORY EM-
B1610ED IN SAID PLAT TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, THE SAKE
TO BE HADE A PART OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND TO BE
INCLUDED WITHIN THE LIMITS AND JURISDICTION THEREOF
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN ARTICLE 110 CHAPTER
139, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES 1953, AND THE PROVISIONS OF
ORDINANCF NO. 14, 1924.

HE IT OR'.DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS1
>ection :1. That after due consideration of the petition for annexation

cl-scribed as the Herbertson Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, as
the plat thereof annexed to said petition, be accepted and approved and
sold territory be annexed and made a part of the City of Fort Collins and
