KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the undersigned Congregation Har Shalom, a
Colorado non-profit organization, being the owner of Lot One of the Har Shalom Minor
Subdivision does hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a
permanent easement for storm drainage and detention pond facilities in the City of Fort Collins,
County of Latimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
A part of Lot One of the Har Shalom Minor Subdivision which begins at the southeast
corner of said Lot One and runs thence N 68' 40' 23" W 140.00 feet; thence N 21 ° 19' 37"
E 52.50 feet; N 600 45' 00" E 88.00 feet; thence N 06' 20' 00" W 26.00 feet; thence N 60'
45' 00" E 14.00 feet; thence N 06' 20' 00" W 106.00 feet; thence N 62' 00' 00" E 40.21
feet to the east line of said Lot One, thence along said east line, S 00' 15' 47" E 299.74
feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins
will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
