KNOW ALI. MEN BY 'THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of the
following described land do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use forever a drainage
casement described below, provided however, that: acceptance by the City of Fort Collins of
this dedication of easement does not impose upon the City a duty to maintain the casement so
dedicated.
A drainage easement situate in the North 10.00 feet of Lot 4 and in
Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 123, City of Fort Collins, County of Latimer,
State of Colorado, which begins at the Northeast comer of said I.ot 4
and run thence North 60.00 feet; thence West 53.00 feet, thence
North 50.00 feet, thence West 7.00 feet; thence North 20.00 feet,
thence West 45.00 feet; thence South 70.00 feet; thence West 10.00
feet; thence South 70.00 feet, thence 'East 115.00 feet, thence North
10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
