EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
being the owners of the following described land, to wit:
A tract of land situate in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 69 West, of
the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, which, considering
the north line of said Southeast 1/4 as bearing S
89- 54'31" E, and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto, is contained within the
boudary lines which begin at the intersection of
the north line of said Southeast 1/4 and the east
right-of-way of Seneca Drive, which bears S 89'
54' 31" E 952.33 feet from the Center 1/4 corner
of said Section 34, and run thence S 89-5413111 E
477.54 feet to a point on the westerly line of
the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal; thence along
said westerly line, S 15' 47154" E 35.35 feet;
thence N 89-5413111 W 487.22 feet; thence N
00'05129" E 34.00 feet to the point of beginning.
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, for use forever a non-exclusive permanent
thirty-four (34) foot wide easement for the installation,
maintenance and operation of a twelve inch water line in the
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, in
over and across the above -described tract of land.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.
