EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the undersigned, being the owners of
Lot 11 of Creger Plaza Second Replat, as recorded in Book 2159 at Page 204,
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for use forever, a permanent storm water detention pond easement over the
following described part of said Lot 11:
Begin at a point on the north line of said Lot 11 which bears
S 890 49' 40" E 150.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said
Lot 11, and run thence S 89' 49' 40" E 128.12 feet; thence
S 030 02' 05" W 96.11 feet; thence N 89' 49' 40" W 195.00 feet;
thence N 03' 02' 05" E 27.11 feet; thence S 890 49' 40" E 137.00
feet; thence N 03' 02' 05" E 61.00 feet; thence N 89' 49'
40" W70.12 feet; thence N 03' 02' 05" E 8.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
