WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition was presented to the cav ac:.i
of the City of Fort Collins in substantial compllance with the provisions +r:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS'
Section 1. That after des consideration of the petition for antwxativ..,

described as Miller Brothers Seventh Foothills Annexation to the City of Yort
