of the City of port Collins in substantial compliance with the provisions Of
Article 11, Chapter 1390 Colorado Revised Statutes, 19330 by the sole oasts

Annexation to the City of Tort Collins, wborsia and vMroby said petitioner's
petitioned the City of Fort Collins for the oanaxation of all the territory
embraced in what is known as the Second Fairview Annexation to the City at
Fort Collins, Colorado, comprising the lands chase in the plot thereof
