the land owners residing to the territory embraced in what is known as Fourth
Vai:view Annexation to the City of Port Collisso wherein and wborsby said
petitioners petitioned the City of Fort Collins for the annexation of all
t:he territory sabraced in what is known as the Fourth Fairview Assexstlem to
the City of Fort Colliaso Colorado, eampriaiag the lands shown in the plat
thereof attaebed to said petition and sets particularly doseribod as herein-
after set forth, and

RE IT ORDAINED BY THS COUNCIL OF THS CITY OX FORT COLLINSt
Section 1. That attar due consideration of the petition for
unneantion, the petition for the annexation of all the territory in what to
"iiintin and described as the Fourth Fairview Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof onmemed to said potitien sad
which is more particularly described as follows, to -wits
Part of the SBk of Section 150 Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., contained within the
boundary lines which, considering the East line of
the SEl of said Section 15. has a bearing due North
and with ell bearings wherein relative hereto,
commencing at the Southwest corner of the SPA of said
Section 15, theme S. 89'32'30" B. along the South line
of said section a distance of 132.00 feet to the true
point of beginnings thence N. 0'10'15" W. 660.00 feet;
thence N. 89'32'30"' W. 132.00 feet; thence N. 0410115"' W.

point, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 11,

the City of Port Collins and be included within the limits and jurisdiction of
the City of Port Collins and that the City Clark be and he is hereby autboria*d
aa.i directed to prepare certified copies of this ordinance, to each of which
shall be attached a plat of said Fourth Fairview Annexation to the City
jf` Port Collins, Colorado, and shall file a copy thereof in the office of
theClerk and Recorder of the County of Lorimar and another copy thereof
in the office of the Clark of the City of Fort Collins, together with a
iertified copy of said petition and another copy of said petition sad approving
ordinance with the Secretary of State of the Star* of Colorado.
Section 2. That in accepting and approving the plat of the Fourth
k'aitview Annexation to the City of Port Collins, the City of Fort Collins
riors not assume obligations respecting the construction of water swains, aewar
Dines, gas mains, electric light lines or other services or utilities with
rcapect to service of said addition, except as may be required and provided by
thz yawners of property within the limits and jurisdiction of said addition in
-ompliance with the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 7s 1921, as aeooded,
elating to local and public improvemonts.
Introduced, considered favorably on first readies and ordered
published this 27th day of April, A. D. 1961. and to he presented for
final passage on the 18th day of Mayy A. D. 1961.
