ties to the City of Fort Collins, wharoin and whereby said petitioners
petitioned the City of Fort Collins for the anesxation of all the territory

attachod to said petition and sore particularly described as hereinafter sot

Section 1. That after due consideration of the petition for
annexation, the petition for the annexation at oil the territory is whet is
known and described as First Laurel Street Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof annexed to said petition
and which is sore particularly described ea follows. to-witt'

City Clark be and be is hereby authorized and directed to prepare eortifiod
copies of this ordinance, to each of which sball be attached a plat of said

County of Larimer, and another copy thereof in the office of the Clark of
the City of Fort Collins$ together with a cortified copy of said petition

Section.2. That in accepting and approving the plat of the First
Laurel Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, the City of Tort
Collins does not aaame obligations respocting the construction of wstar;wain*,
sewer liaess ga* mains, electric light lines or other services or utilities
with respect to service of said addition, except as airy bs,re4uired and pro-
