THE TERRITORY EMBRACED IN SAID PLAT TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AND TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE LIMITS AND JURISDIt,-
TION THEREOF, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN A&IIGL:
11, CHAPTER 139, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, 1953,
WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition was presented to the t,ou_Ci'
of the City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance with the provizioi-c a
Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, by the sole ownay=s u:_
the area of land embraced in what is known as the West Elizabeth Strut

petitioned the City of Fort Collins for annexation of all the territory
