ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF WHAT IS IBM AS THE
FIFTH FAIRVIZW ANUZATION TO THE CITY Of FORT COLLINS, COlARADO.
AND AUTHORIZING THE ANNIX&TION OF ALL THS TERRITORT EMBRACED
IN SAID PLAT TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND TO Et INCLUDED
WITHIN THE LIMITS AND JURISDICTION THEREOF, PURSUANT TO THE
AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN ARTICLE 11. CHAPTER 1399 COWRADO RE-
VISEDSTATUTES 1953
wHERYAB. heretofore a writtea petition war presented to the Council
of the City of Fort Collins in substantial Compliance with the provisions of
Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, by the owners of moan

same within the limits and juriediction of the City of Fort Collins use duly

Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statatess 1953s sad
