WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition was presented to the:
Council of the City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance wine tnE
provision of Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, by Ltar

priming the lands shown in the plat thereof attached to said petition as>!

of Fort Collins by resolution passed and adopted on September 11, 1y63, eat;:;

eluding the saw within the limits and jurisdiction of the City of Foci
Collins was duly published as provided by law. and

SE IT ORDAINED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That after due consideration of the petition for aea.,,—

State of Colorado, which considering the 'North line

Section 2. That in accepting and approving the plat of the 'Vogt
Mulberry first Annexation to the City of fort Collins, the City of FOrL c1011LI
