Section 1. That after doe consideration of the petition for annexation,
the petition for the asexation of all the territory in what is know and described
as the Tenth South Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins. Colorado*
as shown by the plat thereof aaens.ed to said petition sad vhich is mare particularly
described as fellow. to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the Slk of Section 15, Township
7 North, Range 0 'West of the Sixth Foxe, County of Larimere
State of Colorado which considering the East line of *aid

herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point which bear* South 181.50 feet

shall file a copy thereof in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the County
of Lariners and another copy thereof in the office of the Clark of the City of
Fort Collins, together with a certified copy of said patition,.ond another copy
of said petition and approving ordinance with the Secretary of gtat* of the State

Section 2, That in accepting and approving the plat of the Tenth
South Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collin, the City of port
Collins does not assume obligations respecting the construction of water maine,

owners of the property within the limits of amid addition in compliance with the

Fort Collins, Colorado, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance is a
true and correct copy, of Ordinance No. 17, 1964 annexing what is known as the
Tenth South Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins passed and
adopted on the 25th day of June, A. D. 1964.
