ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF WHAT IS KNOWN AS Eity,
MOUNTAIN VIEW HEIGHTS ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AND TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE LIMITS AND JUfiIS-
DICTION THEREOF, PURSUANT TO THE A UIHORITY CONTAInD -lh
ARTICLE 11, CHAPTER 139, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES 1953

Of the City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance with the
Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, by the owners ai

WHEREAS, said petition was accepted by the Council Of the C.ty o,',
Fort Collins by resolution passed and adopted on October 22, 1964, uud
WHEREAS, notice for hearing on the 3rd day of Decomber, 1964, on
an ordinance epprovisg the annexation of said territory and including tha Same
within the limits and jurisdiction of the City of Fort Collins wee duly
published as provided by law, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has fOUAJ that Lh.,

WHEREAS, no proceedings for an election to determine the question k,l

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
Section 1. That after due consideration of the petition for
annexation, the petition for the.annexation of all the territory ir, wtwc .s
known and described as the Mountain View Heights Annexation to the City ai

and which is more particularly described as follows, ro-wit:
A portion of the Northeast one -quarter of Section 10,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meredian contained within the boundary lines more
particularly described as follows: beginning at the
Southwest corner of the Northwest one -quarter of the
Northeast one -quarter of said Section 10; thence liorii,

does not assume obligations respecting the construction of water mains, sewn;
lines, gas maims, electric light lines or other services or utilities with
respect to service of said addition, except as may be required and provided L.
