TO AS INCLUDED WITHIN THS LInITS AND JORISDICTiON TNERSOF,
PURSUSAT TO THE AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN ARTICLE 110 CHAPTER

WHEREASa heretofore a written petition we Presented to the Council
:rf the City of Port Collins in substantial eomplismae with the provisions of
.Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, by the cola owners of the
area and who comprise the majority of landowners residing in the arse of land
embraced in what is known as the Sixth Fairview Annexation to the City of
Fort Collins, wherein and whereby said petitioners petitioned tpe City of
Fort Collins for araematiom of all the territory embrasad in what is known as
the Sixth Fairview Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, comprising
the lands shown in the Plat thereof attached to said petition end more
Particularly described as hereinafter set forth, and
WHEREAS, said petition was accepted by the Cameil of the City of
Fort Collins by resolution paced and adopted on December 10, 19"t and
WHEREAS, notice for hearing on the list day of Jrnwsry, 19630 OR
an ordinance approving the annexation of said territory and including the seem
within the limits and jurisdiction of the City of Fort Collins was duly
published as provided by lsw, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has found that the
Petition and the documents thereto attached met the requirements of Article
11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1953, end
WHEREAS, no Proceedings for an election to determine the question of
annexation have ban initiated by written canter -petition as provided by
and Do objection to assaxation baying been made;

Section 1. That after dew annsidorstiom of the Petition for
annautioa, the petition for the annexation of all the territory in wbat is
known and described as the Sixth Fairview Asnexation to the City of Fort
Collins. Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof annexed to said petition and
which is more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter (OWE of the Southeast Quarter
(SW of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
6th:Priucipsi Meridian in the County of Laria+ars state of
Colorado, being further described as followst Considering
the florth line of the Southeast Quarter (S&�) of said Section
15 as bearing South 89'54'28" East and with all other
bearing* contained heroin relative thereto, mad with all
subdivisions referenced herein being those platted and
recorded in the records of Lorimar County, Colorado;
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter
(SS't) of said Section 15, thence South 89'54'28" East along
the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of said
Section 15 a distance of 274.08 feet tothe Northeast Corner
of the Ninth Fairview Subdivision, and the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing South 89*54128" East &loos said

be accepted and approved and that said territory be ansonsd and ends a part
of the City of Fort Collins and that said property be included within the
limits and jurisdiction of the City of Fort Collins in the following souse;
to -wit: That portion of the above -described property described ant

of Section 15, Township 7 North, Raags 69 West of the

certified copies of this ordinance, to aah of which $bell be attached a plat
of said Sixth Fairview Asnanaties to the City of Tort Collins, Colorado, and
shall file a Copy thereof in the offiso of the Clerk and Recorder of the County
of Lorimar, and another copy thereof is tbG office of the Clark of the City of
Fort Collins, together with a certified Copy of said petition, and another a"
of said petition end approving ordinance with the Secretary of State of the
State of Colorado.
Section 2. That is accepting and approving the plat of the Sixth
Fairview Annexation to the City of Tort Collins, the City of Tort Collins does
not assu$a obligations respecting the construction of water swiss, "war lines,
gas noise, electric lights lases or other services or utilities with respeet
to service of sold addition, except as any be required and provided by the
owners of the property within the limits of said addition in "llama with
the terse and provisions of Chapter 15, Code of Ordinances of the City of
Tort Collins, Colorado 1958, so omsuded, relating to local and public
inprovem ats.
