Co111ns, Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof annexed to said petitio,
which is more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the SW'k of Section 36,
Township 8 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P. M.,
more particularly described as beginning at a
point which bears East 275.00 feet from the South-
westcorner of said Section 36, said point lying on
the South line of the.Southwest k of said Section 36,
and run thence East 1045.00 feet more or less to the
Southeast corner of the Southwest k of the Southwest
Z of said Section 36; thence North 331.83 feet along
the East line of the Southwest 'y of the Southwest k
of said Section 36, to a point lying on the Southerly
lineof the North College Annexation to the City of
Fort, Collins, Colorado; thence West along said
Southerly line of said North College Annexation to
a point which bears East 215.00 feet from the West
lineof said Section 36; thence South parallel with
the West line of said Southwest k 149.83 feet; thence
East. 60.00 feet along the boundary line of said North
College Annexation; thence South 182.00 feet along
the boundary line of said North College Annexation to
the point of beginning;
be accepted and approved and that said territory be annexed and made a pc:r_
of the City of Fort Collins and be included within the limits and jurisc_e-...
of the City of Fort Collins as a "D" Commercial District, and that Lh:
Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare certified ca.:i._.
