:\J AN 0!aDINANCE' ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY
0 ?O;�T COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition, together with four prints of
:ai annexation map, was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins
requesting the annexation of certain territory more particularly described
below to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and
WIiERi.AS, the City Council has found and determined and does hereby
find and determine that said petition is in substantial compliance with the
provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, ss 137-21-6, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the owners of one hundred per cent of the property to be
annexed have petitioned for said annexation, and
W::zRE,',S, not less than one -sixth of the perimeter of the area to be
annexed is coati.-uous with the City of Fort Collins and a community of interest
exists between the territory to be annexed and the City of Fort Collin:, and the
territory to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and
such territory is integrated or is capable of being integrated with the City
of Fort Collins, a':id
WHEREAS, none of the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963,
139-21-4, as amended, are violated by the annexation of this territory to the
City of Fort Collins, and
iHZ"REAS, no election is required under the provision of Colorado
Revised Statutes, i963, s 139-21-6 (2) and no additional terms and conditions
are to be imposed in connection with this annexation, and
MIEREAS, the territory is eligible for annexation and the City Council
desires to annex the same to the City of Fort Collins.

NOW, 'aIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly descrioed ;.s

North, Range 69 West of the 6" P. M. lying and being South
of the center line of Spring Creek, being more particularly
described as follows: Considering the South line of the
NW`; of the NE4 of said Section 24 as bearing N. 89°56' E.
anri with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Beginning at a point which bears N. 89°56' E. 330.20 feet
and again N. 00°10' E. 150.00 feet from the SW corner of
the NW4 of the NE4 of said Section 24; thence N. 00*10' E.
142.34 feet to the center line of Spring Creek; thence along
the center line of Spring Creek, N. 77*37' E. 46.86 feet and
again N. 64*31' E. 77.58 feet and again v. 72024' E. 37.13
feet; thence S. 00038' W. 196.84 feet; thence S. 89*56' W.
149.42 feet to the point of beginning;

Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of

construction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines,
streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the territory

and correctcopy of Ordinance No. 33, 1966 annexing property to be known as the
Kramer Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, which was passed
and adopted on final reading on the 5th day of May, A. D. 1966s
