ORDINANCE NO. 35, 1966,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINSt
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described as
situate in the County of Larimer „ State of Colorado, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the NE$ of Section 15, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6' P. M., County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, which considering the Zest line of said
Mgt as bearing due North and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at the Southwest corner of the SEk of said
NE}, which point is the Northwest corner of the Tenth South
Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
and run thence Easterly along the North line of the Tenth
$outh Shields Street Annexation 312.53 foot to the Southwest
corner of the Sixth South Shields Street Annexation; thence
North 359.7 feet along the West line of said Sixth South
Shields Street Annexation; thence East 290.63 feet along the
North line of said Sixth South Shields Street Annexation;
thence North 359.7 feat along the Westerly line of the Second
South Shields Street Annexation; thence West 294.63 feet along
the South line of the Second South Shields Street Annexation
to the Northeast corner of the Third South Shields Street
Annexation; then" South 126.0 foot along the East line of
the Third South Shields Street Annexation; thence West 283.0
feet along the South line of the Third South Shields Street
Annexation; thence North 126.0 feet along the West line of
the Third South Shields Street Annexation; thence West 25,53
feet{ thence South 719.4 foot to the point of beginning;
containing 61513 acres* more or less;
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said
City, to be known as the Thirteenth South Shields Street Annexation to the City
of Fort Collins;
$action 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort
Collins, the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting
the construction of water mains, saver linage gas using# electric service
linage streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the
territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of April, A. D. 1966, and to be presented for final
passage on the 120 day of May# A. D. 1966.

Fort Collins, Colorado, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance is a
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 35, 1966 annexing what is known as the
Thirteenth South Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
passed and adopted on the 12th day of May, Ao De 19660
