ORDINANCE. NO. 7. 1967,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN T ERRfjORY TO THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO _
WHP:RVAS, heretofore a written petition, together with four prints of
on awicxation Wnp, was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins
rrynesting th. annexation of certain territory more particularly described
hK,W Lo the CiLy of Fort Collins, Colorado, and
W11EXEAS, the City Council has found and determined and does hereby
Lind and determine that said petition is in substantial compliance with the
provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, s 137-21-6, as amended, and
MIEREAS, the owners of one hundred per cent of the property to be
nnnuxud Lave petitioned for said annexation, and
WHEREAS, not less than one -sixth of the perimeter of the area to be
;inauxed is contiguous with the City of Fort Collins and n community of interest
exists between the territory to be annexed and Lire City of Fort Collins and the
Al'' n-itory to he annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and
such turri.tory is integrated or is capable of being integrated with I&P City
of Fort Colli.nh, and
WHEREAS, none of the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963,
s 139-21-4, as amended, are violated by the annexation of this territory to
Lhe City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, no election is required under the provision of Colorado
Revised Statutes, 1963, d 139-21-6 (2) and no additional terms and conditions
are to be in,Poscd in connection with this annexation, and
WHEREAS, the territory is eligible for annexation and the City Council
desiren to annex the same to the City of Fort Collins.

Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described as
in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:

construction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines,
streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the territory
hereby annexed
except as may be provided
