ORDINANCE NO. 3, 1967,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF TORT COLLINStCOLORAADO.
WNERSAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex the property
Score particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found and determined by resolution
that said property is eligible for annexation to the City of Fort Collins
by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINSs
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described
as situate in the County of Lorimar, State of Colorado, to -wits
Commencing at a point on the East line of the SEk of Section
15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th F. M., which
is N 912.88 feet from the SE corner of said Section 15 and
run thence N 89' 30' W 170.00 feat{ thence S 85.00 foots
thence N 89' 30' W 1158.10 feet; thence N 00' 02, 591, W
150.00 feet; thence :S 89' 30' E 1328.10 feet to the East
line of the SE} of said section 15; thence S 63.00 fast to
the point of beginning)
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fart Collins and made a part
of said City, to be known as the Fourteenth South Shields Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort
Collins, the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting
the construction of water mains, **war lines, gas mains, electric service
lines, streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the
territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2ud day of February, A. D. 19670 and to be presented for
final passage on the 23rd day of

correct copy of Ordinance No. 3, 1967 annexing what is known as The Fourteenth Shields
Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, which was passed and adopted
on final reading on the 23rd day of February, A.D., 1967.
