EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Shields Street Corporation,
by Tom Sibbald, Vice -President, being the owners of the following described land,
to -wit: HICKORY HILL VILLAGE AT CUNNINGHAM CORNER, P.U.D.
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for public use forever a permanent easement for Emergency and Police Access,
Utility and Drainage Easement, in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Camnencing at the Southeast corner of HICKORY HILL VILLAGE AT CUNNINGHAM CORNER,
P.U.D., situate in the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P.M.; thence along the South line of said subdivision
S 89038'13" W 241.56 feet; thence N 00°21'47" F. 56.99 feet; thence N 45011'18" W
59.60 feet to the TRUE. POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 45000'00" W 50.00 feet;
thence S 45000'00" W 20.00 feet; thence S 45°00'00" E 50.00 feet; thence
N 45000'00 E 20.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said parcel contains 1000
square feet, more or less.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the
City of Fort Collins will not accept the
/duty of maintenance ofsuch easement.
