EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS: The the undersigned Fairbrooke Development
Company, Inc. being the owners of the following described land, to -wit:
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, for public use forever a permanent ten (1o') foot wide
easement for drainage in the City of Fort Collins, County of Latimer,
State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
All of Outlot B, Fairbrooke Subdivision
Third Filing
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
