WHER!IAS, the property hereinafter described has for more than three C3) years been
entirely contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins; and
1VIER!!AS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex said property.
NOW, THFRFFORH, BF. IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TILL CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described as situate in the
County of Lorimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Commencing at. the NH corner of the NtNN of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the Gth P. M.; thence S. 00022' E. along the East line of the said NQ
1181.67 feet, to the point of beginning, said point being on a boundary line of
the Fourth Collogc Annexntion to the City of Fort Collins; thence continuing S.
00022' E. along, said Annexation, 634.34 feet to a corner of the Birky First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence Wost along said Annexation 419.27
feet; thenca N. 00022' W. along said Annexation 634.34 feet to a corner of the
Spring Creek Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence East along said
Annexation 419.27 feet to the point of beginning;
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said City, to
be known as thu Fourth Spring Creek Annexation.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins, the City of
Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of water mains,
seiner lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilities
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes effective,
no building permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless said lands
have been zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this15th day
of January, , A. D. 197 0 and to be presented for final passage on the Sth day of
February A. D. 1970.
