ORDINANCE NO. 31, 1971,
BEING AN ORDINANCE. ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINi;, iI r
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex the property more part(wt.;,..
described below; and
WHEREAS, a resolution setting forth the intent of the City Council to annex
has heretofore been adopted; and
WHEREAS, after notice and hearing as provided for in Sections 139-21-7 and
Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, as amended, the City Council has entered its
determinations that the proposed annexation complies with the provisions of 3ecrei,:
21-4, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T1I2 CITY OF FORT COLLIN'S,
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described as situate i.) rLo

A tract of land situated in the NE4 of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range

to be known as the Spring Creek Farms Annexation.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins; r`,t Ci .• ..
Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of water -
sever lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other service:: o;
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the

Section 34. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes er'w:ti•
building permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless sail;
