map w.,s filed with the City Clerk of the City of Port Collins requesting the annexation
of certain territory more particularly dc_caiked below to the City of Port Collins,
Colorado; and
1111_.ikAS, the City Council has found and determined and docu hereby find and detcrminc
that snid petition is in substantial cohyliance with the provisions of Colorado Revised
Statutes, 1963, s 337-21-6, as amended; and
P111ERFAS, the owners of one, hundred per cent of the property to -be annexed have
pet-it-ioned for said annexation; and
101HRGAS, notless than one sixth of the perimeter of the area to be annexed is con-
tiguous with the City of Port Collins and a coumunity of interest exists bctwuon the
territory to be annexed and the City of Fort Collins and the territory to be annexed is
urban or will be urbanized in thp near future and such territory is integrated or is
capable of Feint integrated with the City of fort Collins; and
R111'.RIiAS, none of the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, N 139-21-4, as
amended, are violated by the annexation of this territory to the City of fort Collins; and
13110110S, no election is required under the provision of Colorado Revised Statutes,
1963 `s 139 21-6 (2), and no additional tcrEv and conditions are to be imposed in connection
with this annexation; and
WIII'RFAS, the territory is eligible for annexation and the City Council desires to annex
the saris to the City of Port Collins.

Section 1. That all of the territory more parti-cularly described as situate in the
County of Earimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
A portion of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69 west of the 6th P. M., which
considering the Last line of the SO of said Section 25 as hearing S. 00°23'30"
E. and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at a point or. said Bast line which bears S. 00°23'
30" E. 760.00 feet from the E.',; corner of said Section 25, and run thence S. 00'
2300" F. 758.72 feet along said East line; thence S. 89°45130" W. 1004.57 feet;

thence along the arc: of a 650,36 foot radius curve to the loft a distance of.
