ORDINANCE NO.,�A'L, 1971,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY
WhEREAS, heretofore a written petition was filed with the City l;lcE',
the annexation of certain territory to the City of Fort Collins; and
WSIEREAS, the City Council has taken the necessary steps and heL'
required by law and has determined that said territory is eli,.ible }'(7w
should be annexed to the City of Fort Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOP;T +.">>
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described
the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
A portion of the NWzs of the NE-4 of Section 2, Township 7 Nort!;,
West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows. 4t,�
at the N111 corner of said Section 2; thence along the North line• ct
Section 2 South 89.59'00" East 1317.00 feet to the Northeast cor°axr

Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort
