BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE Ci'fX
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition, together with fo,,, ..._
of an annexation map, was filed with the City Clerk of the City ,,?
Collins requesting the annexation of certain territory more parti.,,,i_
described below to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found and determined and ;L rs „
find and determine that said petition is in substantial compliant:..
the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, .4 137-21-6, as

WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is the sole owner of the ,r,
to be annexed and said property is not solely a public street o

WHEREAS, no election is required under the provisions of

WHEREAS, the territory is eligible for annoxation and the i;S.-
desires to annex the same to the City of Fort Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COU14CIL OF THE Cin OF i.;G
COLLINS:
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly desC,l:•,+
as situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Considering the North line of the NW 114 of said Section
11 as bearing West and all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at a point on the North line of the 141,1 IJ.4
of said Section 11 which bears West 194.18 feet from
the North 1/4 corner of said Section 11; thence West
along the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11,
824.10 feet to the Northeasterly line of the Colorado.

right of way S. 65025' E, 894.75 feet; thence leaving
said right of way and running N. 01036130/1 E, 372.38
feet to the point of beginning, being subject to all
easements and rights of way in place or of record.

Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the: City of Fu>^
