ORDINANCE NO. 98 , 1978
BEING AN ORDINANCE. ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described has for more than
three (3) years been entirely contained within the boundaries of
the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 31-12-106, C.R.S., 1973, as amended,
the City of Fort Collins desires to annex said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described
as situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in Section 21, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., Larimer
County, Colorado, which considering the North line
of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section as bearing
North 88046'34" West and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the
boundary lines which begin at a point which bears
N. 88 46'34" W - 2642.70' and again S. 00 04139.1"
E. - 30.01' from the Northeast corner of said
Section 21, 8hence N. 88 46'46" W. - 1080.91'

be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a
part of said City, to be known as the West Prospect Fourth Annexation.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of
Fort Collins, the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation
respecting the construction of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains,
electric service lines, street or any other services or utilities
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be
provided by the ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance
becomes effective, no building permit shall be issued for any of
the lands herein described unless said lands have been zoned under
the zoning ordinances of the City.
