WHEREAS, the Council of the City of fort Collins has found and
dotorminad and does hereby find and determine that It is in the best
Interests of the City of Fort Collins to annex said area to tho City,
NOW, TIIEREFOIIE, UE IT ORDAINVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TORT
COLLINS as follows;
Section 1, That the following described proporty, to wit;
A tract of land located In the Southwest Quartor of Section 2,
Township 6 North, Rango 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
Larimor County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows;
Considering the South lino of the Southwest Quarter of said
Suction 2 as hearing North 08'26152" Lost Ind with all hearings
contained herein relative thereto:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of
Section 2, thonco along said South lino of the Southwest Quarter
