It has been brought to my attention that duplicate addresses were assigned to
lots 23 and 24 in Provincetowne P.U.D., Filing One,reference number P-95 1907, the
address used for both lots was 6907 Rumford Place. To correct this oversight lot 24 will
retain the 6907 address and lot 23 will be assigned an address of 6912.
Hereafter: What had been 6907 Rumford Place (Lot 23) will be changed to 6912
Rumford Place.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
