Attached are 2 sealed sets of plans for review along with, 6 sets of Construction Documents for the Approved Sonic Drive In, a permit application form, plan review check in the amount of $192.00, a copy of the Assessor Property Information sheets and structural calcs. The work of this permit is an exterior alteration of the existing Sonic Drive-in listed above. Generally speaking the scope of work includes the demolition of an existing patio canopy and reconstruction of a new arched patio canopy and the removal and replacement of the existing neon canopy fascia with a new fascia containing LED accent lights at periodic intervals along the fascia. Some other incidental painting is also occurring. Please let us know if you have any questions or when the permit may be available. We will send the owner's selected general contractor in at the time the permit is available to complete all remaining forms, pay for and pick up the permit. The contractor will be locally licensed.
