RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: October 22, 2008
A duplex located on parcel # 97132-12-014 will now carry an address of 639 Peterson St, rather
than the former 637 % Peterson St address. Lot 17 of Block 146, FTC of was split into two separate
parcels years ago. As a result the use of the ''/z address should have been removed and changed to a
separate address, since the shared address is no longer associated with the neighboring parcel which
carries the full address of 637 Peterson St.
Hereafter: 637'/, Peterson St address will no longer be used, but will now be replaced with 639
Peterson St. This new address refers to the duplex which resides on parcel #97132-12-014.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
