Maintenance of all plantings and grassed areas is to be undertaken by the Association of the commercial venture. 3. All landscaped areas are to be irrigated with a fully automatic sprinkler system. Grouped planting areas that are boarded into planting beds will receive a drip irrigation system. Single trees and shrubs are to be cut into the areas. Grouping of plants will be surround- ed by metal edging or concrete curbs. These areas will be mulched and receive an underlay- ment of a moisture permeable nature to inhibit weeds. 4. Mulch Is to be placed in depths of a minimum of 4". 5. Mulch is to be pine pole peelings. 6. Trees shown by a light ring are provided by the developer.
