Being the Owner of certain property in the City of Fort Collins, to
be developed as a 'Pizza Inn" located at 820 City Park Avenue,l understand and
agree that the following improvements shall be constructed by me, the Developer,
and all work shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the City Engineer
prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy:
1. All sidewalks shall be in good repair as required by City
specifications.
2. All utilities shall be installed.
3. The Developer shall improve the curb, gutter, paving, and any other
required street improvements as may be necessary to bring such street up to City
specifications.
4. All street lights shall be installed as required.
S. The stormwater detention plan shall be constructed according to the
utility plan on file in the office of the City Engineer.
