Dear Robert;
During an inspection of the Wildwood 1st and 2nd sub-
divisions on Friday, March 18, 1979, 'it was learned that
water mains, sewer mains, curbs, sidewalks and portions
of the streets were not in the locations shown on City
approved utility plans. Obviously, this could cause
serious problems for maintenance personnel in years to
come.
For this reason I am requesting that an accurate set of
as -built plans be drawn up after field checking by your
engineering firm, and this plan be submitted to me as
soon as possible. It must show existing locations of
all manholes, valve boxes, water and sewer services,
and must accurately reflect any and all changes which
have been made in any public right-of-way improvements.
Until I receive this plan I will be unable to release
further building permits or certificates of occupancy in
the subdivisions.

Dear Dave:
In my letter of July 8, 1980, you were informed of a drainage problem
at the intersection of Fleetwood Court and West Lake Street in the
Wildwood 1st subdivision.
As of this date your office has not made any attest to reconstruct
the curb and gutter needed to provide adequate drainage into the crosspan.
Due to the improper drainage to the crosspan water ponds in the gutter,
then flows out into the street causing premature asphalt deterioration
and possible subgrade failure.
1b avoid any further damage, I request the necessary repair work to be
completed by November 7, 1980. If the work has not been completed by
this date, then the city will be forced to take action against your bond.
