Staff has reviewed the Sherwood _ d Greens Solar Condominiums and has the following
comments:
Utilities
I. Services (water and sewer) for the existing homes must be disconnected at
the mains.
2. Indicate the location of existing fire hydrant. Provide an additional fire
hydrant.
3. Indicate water main size in Sherwood Street.
4. Submit plans for alley paving.
5. Existing sidewalk along Sherwood Street must meet City standards or be
replaced.
Landscape Plan
I. Specific comments from the City Arborist are not available at this time.
They will be forwarded to you.
2. Indicate existing trees on the landscape plan.
3. More plantings along Sherwood Street should be provided to soften the
impact of the building.
I would recommend we meet as soon as possible to discuss the above items. Re-
visions to the plans should be delivered to this office no later than Friday,
