UTILITY EASEMENTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Glendon R. Anderson and
Vernon R. Sunset, being the owners of the following described land
to wit; do hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins
perpetual utility easements for the installation and maintenance of
a sanitary sewer line:
1. The North 10.00 feetof Lot 65, SDriW ield Subdivision,
First Filing, Larimer County, Colorado
2. The South 10.00 feet of Lot 66, Springfield Subdivision,
First Filing, Larimer. County, Colorado
3. A20.00 foot wide utility easement, situ I ate in the North-
east 1/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the Sixth P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, and whose
_ centerline begins at apoint on the East line of Spring-
- field Subdivision, First Filing which bears N 89' 16' 29".
E 835.54 feet and .again S 00' 16' 03" W 187.00 feet from the.
North 1/4 corner of said Section 33 and run thence N 89'
-16' 29" E 345.00 feet; thence N 40' 28' E 220.00 feet.
4. A 20.00 foot wide utility easement situate in the North-
. east 1/4 of .Section 33, Township 7 North, Range__69 West
Of the Sixth P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, and whose
centerline begins at a point on the West line of Spring-
field Subdivision, First Filing which bears N 89' 42' 11"

center'1/4 corner of .said Section 33 and run thence S 89'
42' 11". W 300.00 feet.
