will release the unrecorded plat of the Somerset P.U.D. to our
firm so that we can secure the signatures thereon of the new
proprietors of record of the property included in that P.U.D.
Upon obtaining those signatures and a certification by our
firm as to title, we will return this plat to the City for
recordation in the County. Should you have any questions, please
