OK to prepare and submit mylars with the following conditions: Since the applicant will
be constructing the sidewalk rather than the City, please remove the "constructed by
others" note and use the same proposed concrete hatch fill consistently. There is some
off -site work being proposed on P.C. 4th Filing (sewer connection and sidewalk/ramp).
Need to verify there is an existing easement that will encompass this connection to the
main. If there is a gap, a utility easement will be needed to cover the sewer connection
off -site. The off -site sidewalk and ramp will require a temporary construction easement
and possibly a dedication of an access easement if one does not exist. Please be sure to
submit redlines with the mylars.
