Re: Loan from United Bank of Fort Collins N.A. to
Helmshire House Inns, Inc., a Colorado Corporation
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please be advised that this lawfirm represents United Bank of
Fort Collins N.A. United Bank anticipates loaning funds to
Helmshire House Inns, Inc., for the purpose of acquiring the
property described on Exhibit "A" hereto and the construction
of improvements thereon. The improvements will be a fifteen (15)
unit addition to the existing Helmshire House Inns project.
It is my understanding that plans for the proposed improvements
are currently on file with the City of Fort Collins. As a
condition to making the loan, United Bank has required that
the borrower confirm that borrower has fully complied with
all requirements of the City of Fort Collins Planning and
Development Department, including any development agreement
which may exist between the borrower and the City of Fort Collins.
Therefore, as an inducement for United Bank to make the loan,
I request that you provide this office with conies of any
agreements which may exist between the borrower or Harry L.
McCabe and the City of Fort Collins with respect to the existing
Helmshire House Inns project, or the property described on
Exhibit "A" hereto. Further, I request confirmation that the
borrower and Harry L. McCabe have fully complied with any terms
or provisions of any agreement with or requirements of the
City of Fort Collins with respect to the development of the
existing Helmshire House Inns project,as well as the proposed
future addition thereto.
