ORDINANCE NO. 22 , 1978
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION
OF BUCKEYE STREET IN MOORE'S FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been requested to vacate an
unused portion of Buckeye Street by the adjacent property owners; and
WHEREAS, that portion of Buckeye Street for which vacation is
requested is not needed for municipal purposes nor will the same be needed
for municipal purposes in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described portion of Buckeye Street, to -wit:
That portion of Buckeye Street adjacent to Lot 6, Block Two,
Moore's First Addition between College Avenue and the alley,
in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished.
