Concerning your request for a variance in the storm water detention
requirements at the Andersen Group Home site at 1511 S. Remington St., I have
the following comments: -- -
Since no exterior improvements will be made to the existing building and
the installation of parking spaces along the alley will not have any significant
impact to storm water runoff I can see no problem with your request. A variance
in the storm water detention requirements for Andersen Group Home is hereby
approved.
