Sheet 4 of 28 • Show existing features for 150' outside of the project limits. • Include all symbols used in the legend. • Add horizontal scale to the drawing. Looking at the concrete pan along the back lot lines, how is the water going to make the 90 ° turn? My suggestion would be to eliminate the concrete pan's along the backs of the lots and modify the grading plan so that the lots drain from back to front. • Who is going to be responsible for maintaining the concrete pans? Won't it be to keep the pan's free from debris if fences are covering? • Due to the traffic volumes along Paddington Road, which were calculated by Matt Delich's memorandum dated 2/18/97, we would like to see Paddington Road widened to the north to provide on -street parking. • Make sure that all details are referenced. i.e. manholes, pans, hydrants, etc. • Label all easements clearly. • Reference the benchmark from the Black Bolt Survey and location. Sheet 5 of 28 • Same comments as sheet number 4 of 28. • Distinguish on all plans, where names of streets begin and end. • Show R.O.W. dimensions. • Show the direction of flow for the storm and sanitary sewers. • Provide a graphic scale. • Do the bends in the water lines meet the standards for DIP? If not, show thrust blocks. • Distinguish the phase line more clearly. Include a detail and reference. • Label all features on drawing, i.e. inlets, sidewalk chases, etc., clearly. • The proposed flowlines don't appear to match the existing ground. Please modify. • Label proposed flowlines. Typical comments for all street plan and profile sheets: • Legend identifying all symbols and lines used. • Typical street cross-section showing R.O.W. widths, pavement widths, cross -slopes, etc. • Reference all details used on this drawing. • Is the stationing along the flowline or the centerline of the R.O.W.? Please add note to clarify. • You don't need to show the contours. • Include a vertical scale. We would prefer a curve table showing all relevant information for each curve. • Include the fire hydrants. • Label all PC's and PT's on profiles with stationing and elevations. • Would like to see existing and proposed grades for each flowline profile every 50'. • Show the stationing of each road at all intersections. • Reference other street plan and profiles for other streets. This will require either overlaying the pavement of reconstructing the pavement. Show these limits and reference any details that are used. • Show the R.O.W. widths on the plan view. • See "typical comments..." from previous sheet. Sheet 16 of 28 • Show the profile for the sanitary sewer between manholes MH 11 and MH 5 or reference it on another sheet. This is to be consistent with the other cul-de-sac sanitary sewers. • The slopes on the sewer lines that will tie-in to the cul-de-sacs are not shown correctly in the plan view. • No services are shown to the lots north of Paddington Road. • Show a vertical scale. Typical comments for all sanitary sewer plan and profile sheets: To be consistent or less confusing, either show the sanitary sewer and storm sewer profiles on one sheet and the water line profiles on separate sheets or just discard the water line profiles all together. Make sure though that all segments of the storm sewers are shown in profile views. comments continued on the next page or %1W comments continued from the previous page • Legend identifying all symbols and lines used. • Reference all details used on this drawing. • Is the stationing along the flowline or the centerline of the R.O.W.?
