Your activities will be confined to contractor mobilization, installation of erosion control measures, importing of fill material, and grading and compaction of that fill material. No utilities work, foundation preparation or other construction activities will be allowed until you receive the necessary permits. The condition for granting this permission at this time is predicated on your proceeding expeditiously to complete the administrative requirements for obtaining a Development Construction Permit. It is my understanding that this should be possible within the next two weeks. You have successfully completed the hearing (Type 1) for the project, you have submitted final design drawings, and all design issues are apparently settled. You are directed to maintain your erosion control measures for as long as necessary, and you must insure that your operations do not create any adverse impacts on adjacent property owners or the public at large. In particular, you must insure that your hauling and grading operation does not produce any "drag -out" of mud onto public streets. Before starting your project, contact Lance Newlin, Chief Construction Inspector, at 416-2011 or 222-0855 in order to have an inspector assigned to the project. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 224-6015. Sincerely, 0*cL, Cam McNair, PE City Engineer cc: Steve Fobes 281 North College Avenue • P.O.
