KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being the o rs;,Q{�N�„
the following described land do hereby dedicate and convey for public
forever, a drainage easement described as follows.
A tract of land situate in the Southeast } of Section 9, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, which considering the South line of the said Southeast
} as bearing S 89' 35' 30" E and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at
a point which bears S 89' 35' 30" E 1301.92 feet and again N 00' 04' 30"
W 712.00 feet and again S 89' 35' 30" E 173.00 feet from the South } corner
of said Section 9 and run thence S 89' 35' 30" E 157.00 feet; thence
N 000 04' 30" W 88.00 feet; thence S 71' 00' 50" W 111.68 feet; thence
S 450 24' 30" W 72.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8,645
square feet.
Acceptance by the City of Fort Collins of this dedication of easement
does not impose upon the City a duty to maintain the easement so dedicated.
