Poudre School District No. R-1, being the owner of the following
described tract of land does hereby dedicate and convey for public use
hereafter a utility easement for the construction and maintenance of an under-
ground storm sewer line over the following described tract:
Beginning at a point on a line 89.42 feet west of, and para-
Hel to the East line of Block 197, City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, which bears S 890 26' E 128. 18 feet, and again
N 000 34' E 554.10 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot
40, Blake Subdivision of Part of Block 197 and Part of
Block 198, and run thence S 75° 47' E 283.43 feet, and
also beginning at a point which bears S 890 26' E 148.60
feet, and again N 00' 34' E 300. 10 feet from the Southeast
corner of said Lot 40, and run thence N 000 34' E 254, 10
feet.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Eugene E. Mitchell, President, and V. A.
Porter, Secretary of said School District, pursuant to authority of the Board
of Education of said School District as shown in the records of the minutes
of said Board of Education, have hereunto set their hands and the seal of
