If LaPorte drainage is to be conveyed around the corner and down Frey Street to the new inlet, a minimum fall of 0.5% must be maintained around the corner for adequate drainage. If drainage is being conveyed to the Frey inlet, will a pan even be needed? Please analyze the drainage at the intersection and modify elevations as needed. The southerly side of Laporte shall be designed as a 2 lane collector per LCUASS standards. This requirement was provided at the conceptual review meeting by Transportation Planning.
