We discussed March Court and the connection of March Court out to Midpoint Drive in Transportation Coordination on Thursday. This connection is something that is highly desired and is needed in order to help the traffic congestion associated with the school use and for general traffic circulation in the area. The problems that this site experiences with the drop off and pick up of children will get worse once the parking is eliminated off of Sharp Point Drive. From what I understand that is to happen once Sharp Point is extended south. We realize that with this site being a Charter School we may have difficulty obtaining this connection and requiring them to make the connection, but we would like it known that it is still an important and desired connection. It appears that this construction will not adversely impact our property, and we feel that it will be possible to negotiate and dedicate a 2' wide Slope Easement adjacent to the Project prior to the approval of the Final Development Plans.
