Additional street ROW should be dedicated, instead of the easement, to include the entire width of the sidewalk in the ROW. B.The sidewalk along the south side of the entry drive must be 6' wide instead of the 4' as shown. Also, a 6' wide sidewalk must be provided along the north side of the entry drive and connect to the sidewalk on the south side of the existing garage just to the north. Engineering a.The Vicinity Maps on the Site Plan and subdivision plat are not sufficient. Stormwater a. Hydrology calculations are needed for the whole site. B.Please reference the original Stanton Creek drainage report as it addresses the impervious areas, flow directions, and drainage patterns. Have the numbers in that report been addressed with this development proposal? Number:40 Created: 12/2612006 Pending [12/26/061 As a suggestion only, it would be nice to have a painted crosswalk across the entry drive where the sidewalk goes to the north to the multi -family building (please see red - lined Site Plan). Number:41 Created:12/26/2006 Pending [12/26/061 There is still a Perennial/Groundcover symbol in the center landscaped island, yet that symbol is no longer tin the LANDSCAPE LEGEND on the Landscape Plan (please see red -lined Landscape Plan).
