Re: Minor Amendment for Timberline Center
Timberline Center is located on the west side of Timberline Drive between Prospect
Road and Nancy Gray Drive. The Minor Amendment is for the following changes to the
storage unit parcel only:
A) Site and Landscape Plans:
1) Number of total buildings has been reduced from 16 buildings to 12 buildings.
2) The area of the individual buildings has changed.
3) Turf in the detention pond and along the perimeter of the site, except along
Joseph Allen Drive, has been replaced with a native seed mix.
4) Shrub planting around the perimeter of the site has been revised.
5) Added a CMU screen wall at the office/residence for privacy.
B) Civil Plans:
1) Minor re -grading within the parcel.
2) Removed the storm sewer within the site.
3) Revised the emergency access easement.
C) Photometrics:
4) Photometric plan has been revised.

D) Elevations:
1) Roof pitch on perimeter buildings and interior buildings has changed.
2) Modifications of the water service line detail, underground drainage system and
drainage pans.
3) Added additional perimeter elevations and office/residence elevations.
